Cady Gottlieb is a senior recruiter for William Blair. A solutions-oriented talent acquisition professional, she drives the full lifecycle recruitment process for multiple departments across the firm, including but not limited to Investment Management, Equity Research, and Information Technology. As a trusted talent advisor to the business, Cady develops a deep understanding of the business' strategic initiatives and organizational needs in order to identify and attract high-quality talent to William Blair. Before joining the firm as a recruiting associate in December 2015, Cady was a recruiting coordinator at Centro, Inc., a digital advertising and software firm in Chicago, where she supported all talent acquisition initiatives in a high-volume, startup environment. She began her career in third-party search as a national recruiter for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device clients at Planet Pharma. Cady received a B.A. in English from DePauw University.

David Q Tang, Senior Vice President, portfolio manager with Neuberger Berman. David is responsible for managing the firm’s Multi-credit strategy and the research function for the Multi-sector fixed income strategies. David was at Fannie Mae, Allstate Investments and ABN AMRO in various quantitative and risk roles before joining the firm. David holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He also holds an MA in Economics, an MS in computer science and a BA in International Economics from Renmin University of China.
